Terms & Conditions for Dwarkarental

1. Commission on Property Sale

• Dwarkarental charges a commission of 0.5% of the total sale price of the property plus applicable taxes from both the buyer and the seller.

• This commission will be applicable and collected after the first successful transaction between the buyer and seller.

2. Commission on Rental Services

• Dwarkarental charges a 15-day rental commission from both the property owner and the tenant for rental agreements facilitated through our platform.

• The commission is calculated based on the monthly rental amount agreed upon in the rental contract.

3. Payment Terms

• All commissions are payable within the time frame specified after the completion of the transaction or rental agreement.

• Failure to make payments within the stipulated time may result in penalties or further legal action.

4. Taxes

• All commissions mentioned are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added as per the prevailing tax laws.

5. No Refund Policy

• Once the transaction is complete, and the commission is collected, it is non-refundable.

6. Amendments

• Dwarkarental reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
